James A. Eatrides, Managing Partner | CEO | Project Manager
Jim Eatrides has 30+ years of general management, project management, site development and technical experience. Eatrides manages projects and oversees Alpha-Omega’s administration, sales, sales engineering, structural engineering, and regulatory functions. Prior to founding Alpha-Omega, Eatrides worked in the Out-of-Home Advertising industry in which he founded, turned around and/or managed six successful companies. Prior to advertising, Eatrides worked in various senior management positions with Susquehanna Broadcasting Co. in the Television / Radio / Cable TV / Cellular Telephone / Telecommunications industries. Eatrides is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (BA) and the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA). Eatrides holds certifications for various manufacturers’ microwave communications systems, tower climbing/rescue, safety, rigging, etc.
Devin M. Bosch, Managing Partner | COO | Project Manager
Devin Bosch joined the Alpha-Omega team in 2004 with extensive design, technical support, network deployment and project management experience. Bosch manages projects and directs Alpha-Omega Communications Division’s technical, engineering and operations
functions. Prior to Alpha-Omega, Bosch was President of InstallGuys Inc., a wireless design and deployment company that performed large-scale wireless deployments for wireless customers and carriers nationwide. Bosch gained management experience and technical knowledge through his work in key positions in the wireless industry including Speedcom Wireless as Director of Field Operations and Wave Wireless Networking as Director of Technical Support and Engineering. Bosch has proven leadership skills and a proven track record in the successful deployment of wired and wireless networks. Bosch received his primary technical training in Information Systems Management while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Bosch is a Certified Safety One Training International Trained Tower Climber and Tower Climbing & Safety Rescue Trainer. Bosch holds an OSHA 30-Hour Certification, numerous technical certifications, and various manufacturers’ certifications.
Micah J. Henry, Managing Partner | GM Construction Division | Project Manager
Micah Henry joined Alpha-Omega in 2009. Henry manages projects and directs AOC’s General Construction Division. Henry has more than 18 years of project management, development, technical and design experience. He holds a BS from University of Central Florida, a Florida Certified General Contractor License (#CGC-1518748), Florida Certified Underground Utility License (#CUC-1225646), a Safety One Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification, OSHA 30-Hour Certification, and various construction trade specific certifications.
